Kim's butt burning workouts!
I am starting my gym log today! I have been back to the gym 1 - 2 times a day weekdays for the past 4 weeks.
Monday 7/6
PM 30 Minutes Total Body Class (light weights, squats ,ball, step etc)
PM 15 Minutes Belly & Back Class (Crunches, sit ups, planks etc)
Tuesday 7/7
AM 30 Minutes Boot Camp Class (High Cardio 7 stations...circuit training)
AM 15 Minutes Belly & Back Class
PM 40 Minutes Spinning Class
PM 30 Minutes Elliptical
Wednesday 7/8
AM 40 Minutes Spinning Class
AM 20 Minutes Deep Stretch
PM 15 Minutes Belly & Back class
PM 45 Minutes Power Walk (owwiieeee)
Thursdy 7/9
AM 30 Minutes Elliptical
AM 15 Minutes Belly & Back Class
AM 15 Minutes Deep Stretch Class
