Unhappy Isn't this normal?

I really don't feel good today. Around 3:00 started getting nausea, cold - which I'm NEVER cold, and I feel drained. I thought I remembered something about not feeling well is normal can anyone help me out here? How long does this last?

donna, it's normal to feel kind of awful after a couple of days of induction! it's your body getting used to the reduced carbs. think of it as detox. it will last a couple of days, but it will go away. please eat something low carb whenever you want. don't worry about fat or calories. this bad feeling won't last! you'll be over it in a couple of days. i think it only lasted a day with me! you'll feel really great in a couple of days and as i said in another post, you'll have a renewed vigor, really!
have you cut out caffeine as well? caffeine withdrawal is day long headaches! it's really worth it though! you're getting over these addictions that you've had most of your life!
i sure hope you feel better soon donna!

Default Caffiene

I don't drink coffee, teas or soda's my only caffeine came from chocolate of which I haven't had any in about a week so that could be he reason for the headache. I will think of it as detox and that will help me get through this - thank you!! I think a sleep would do me well too. When I get off work tonight I'll go straight to bed.
