Hello from a board lurker

I have been reading this board for the last three weeks on and off. I would like to thank all the people that have given out cooking ideas and just reassuring everyone else that it gets easier. It did and I have been on the Atkins plan for over a month now, and my mother has joined in along with my brother and sister in law.
