Default My Awesome Supplementation

I Just want to suggest my supplementation plan, because it has worked for me two times in a row losing over 40 pounds. I have tried all the supplements, and this is what I suggest (If you can afford it)

Daily

2 Xenicals 120 mg (prescription pill) - take 1 before lunch and one before dinner
2 Anti-Diarrheal over the counter generics - Take with Xenical to reduce bad side effect.
2 of Any kind of the Carb-buster type supplements (Ones with things like gymnema sylvestre and kidney bean extract, fiber ) Taken pre lunch and dinner as well.
2 Metabolism boosters (You know, like xenedrine ephedra free, or Metabolite, metaboless etc... Or just straight green tea extract works fine) - Taken after waking up and at lunch, preferably with an aspirin to cause more synergistic effect.

I have taken every other diet supplement on the market, and nothing else but this seems to give me more then a pound or two a month added loss. Why buy supplements like CLA that cost a fortune and only yield like a pound a month?

Warning: I am no doctor, you do what you want, this is just from my own experience, talk to a doctor before you do anything like this.

Brion, the makers of Xenical warn you not to take this drug in conjunction with a high fat diet. They actually warn you about a lot of things when taking this drug. Abuse and misuse is a big problem.

IMHO, if I have to take a drug to block me up so I can take one that makes me not absorb the fat (and fat soluble vitamines) my body needs - I'd rather go back to being 53% body fat.

The purpose of any supplement should be to help you become healthier - this fits in with the goal of LCing. To help us lose fat, permanently, by changing our behaviours and adopting a new way of eating.

I apologize then. I did not know the makers of Xenical warn you not to take this drug in conjunction with a high fat diet
