Unhappy All New Low

On Mother's Day my family decided that we should go to the mall and they wanted to buy me a mother's day present. I also had a gift certificate I received for Christmas that I never used. Clothes shopping here I come. When I have been saying that I avoid mirrors I was not kidding. When you try clothes on you can't help but to look in the mirror in the dressing rooms. One look was all it took...I ran out of there and did not go back in again. I also decided not to buy too many clothes in this size because I am not staying this size. I was so depressed over this but did not want to make it a bad day for my family who were trying so hard to please me and make a nice day for me.
Hopefully this experience will keep me motivated. Thanks for listening.

Default mirrors

Hello,

I think most people that look in mirrors when the image isn't what you remember get horrified. Just know that there are many of us out there that feel for you!!! mirrors are a good motivation as long as the person looking is honest about how they look. It's so easy to avoid mirrors to avoid reality, but remember, everyone else is seeing you...and I think it's best to look and know what you are portraying...Fat is my enemy (on my hips, butt) the more I look in the mirror the better I am when eating. Don't let your condition now discourage you and make you feel abd abotu yourself. Your body is changable with some power that you do have inside. Just believe in yourself!

I know that feeling so well. And its so bad to feel like that.

Had you thought if perhaps using the certificate for something you know will make you feel good? Like some lovely bath treats of maybe some nice fabric that you can make something for yourself out of? Or even have it made for you so it fits perfectly
Clothes are always made on clothes dummies, not people.
