Scallops
OK Here's my first recipe contribution:
I package scallops
2 T Butter
1 T Minced Garlic
1 C Chicken Stock
2 T Lemon Juice
1/4 C Whipping Cream
1 T ThickenThin not/Starch thickener
1 t parsley
Melt Butter in Pan. Add garlic and saute. Turn up the heat and sear the scallops about 2 minutes on each side. Add Chicken Stock and Lemon Juice, Simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Remove Scallops to a warm plate. To the pan add Cream and Wisk. Turn up Heat, add thickener and wisk more until thickened. Pour Sauce over scallops and garnish with parsley.
