Thumbs up

This is more like a big pancake{photo is at Babo's Diet Kitchen} but it has the texture and apperance of French toast.I topped mine with homemade Blackberry Syrup...yum!
Stayed with me until early afternoon!

"French Toast"

Recipe By : Original recip from Tami{changed slightly by Carol}
Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00
Categories : Breakfasts n' Brunch

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 1/2 teaspoons whipped butter
2 1/2 tablespoons low carb bake mix -- or Atkins mix
2 eggs
1 ounce light cream cheese
1 tablespoon sugar free vanilla syrup

In a bowl beat 2 eggs with 1 ounce softened cream cheese, 1 T SF Vanilla
Syrupand the bake mix. Pour this in the hot pan.

Let it cook until it was dry around the edges and set up and then flip it over. This
was a little difficult as it was big and then cooked it on the other side.

Put on a plate, butter as you would French toast and top off with LC syrup of choice.{I used homemade Blackberry Syrup}
One serving: 3.7 carbs and 31.7 grams protein{fiber is subtracted}
