Default New to the site

Good morning from the deep south. I am new to this website but not new to low carb eating. I have lost 20-25 pounds of late and am more determined to continue on using Dr. Robert Atkins program. I have Type II diabetes and feel that this is the only way for me to survive and return to good health. Any suggestions, prayers, comments are welcomed.

Welcome to the forum!

Good job on your weight loss so far! There are a few people here who have controlled their diabetes with a LC way of eating. Take a look at Diabetes/Blood Sugar forum, and try a few searches - great sucess stories.
