Default seltzer

I just realized that the Atkins book says that seltzer is no good. I don't understand why. I've been drinking tons of seltzer instead of regular water. I just can't take that much plain water!

Does anyone know what could possibly be wrong with seltzer? After all, its just bubbly water!

Good question. I have never really given it much thought. Does seltzer water contain sodium? Never looked at a label.

You could jump over to www.atkinscenter.com and ask them directly. That is his official website.

Well...

In the new DANDR under acceptable beverages it says: essence flavoured seltzer (must say "no calories" and must not contain aspartame)

Mineral water gets a too.
