Question need help for 2nite

Hi There,

I am having a few people over tonight...and was thinking of indulging in a drink or two (alcoholic). Does anyone have any ideas on what goes well with what? I am planning on trying to keep it low carb...was thinking of mixing with Crystal Light?

Anyone have any suggestions...could use a care-free night, but still want to be a little responsible!

The alcohol will be burned first by your body and will probably kick you out of ketosis so be prepared.

You know, there's nothing too horrible about just sticking with diet soft drinks or Crystal Light. You get used to it and can watch your friends get silly.

The lowest carb alcohols are vodka, gin, Scotch & other straight alcohols. Mix with soda/diet drinks.

Dry red wines & dry white wines are also quite LC. But only 1 glass. After that, the carbs mount up.
