I had some of these today and they were very good. Seems to me there is enough info here to reverse-engineeer them. I intend to try, anyway. I have some wheat protein isolate that I need to find uses for.

Question

If it contains cheese..it would have some carbs..even if it is under one per serving...so what is a serving with 0 carbs?? Oh and butter too...another thing with some carbs in it.

I guess their definition of "zero carb" is based on a small portion - my understanding is that if the amount of carb is under a gram you don't have to declare it. Anyway, yvonne, I think you are right it is a strange claim.

A cheese straw is a savory cookie made of cheese, butter (in approx. equal amounts) flour, leavening, salt, spices - pressed thru a cookie press into long ribbons, sliced into small pieces, and baked. I loved them when I was eating this kind of stuff.

I'd like to try it with some lower carb ingredients - the Lizzie'e version was less cake-y than what I remember.
