Default Atkins products?

Hi!

I have been at this for 9 days now and I was wondering if anyone uses the atkins bread and pankake mixes. Are they any good? Are they worth the money? I am very curious because I have many great ideas on things that could be done with these products to keep a little more variety in eating (i.e. pizza).

If anyone has an opnion on these products please post it. Also, if anyone knows of any other types of such products, that information would be appreciated as well.

Thanks in advance!

CK

Hi there CK.....

I don't use any of the Atkins products so I can't give you any firsthand information, however I can point you to DWRolfe's Journal here:

Donald makes a pizza that a few people around the forum have been raving about. I know that he gave the recipe in his journal.

Default Atkins Pancakes

Bought the bread haven't tried it yet. I love the pancakes though! I only have them on Saturdays or Sundays, it's my indulgence on the weekend.
