Thumbs up Carb and other ingredient breakdown

Thought I would share this great site with everyone. It not only tells you how much carb is in a certain food but also lists how much protein and other vitamins etc. You have to click on the tools icon.

Hi Dazza,

I have a surprise for you We have a more poswerful tool right here on our web site:

http://www.lowcarb.ca/low-carb-tools/carb_counter.html

Why do I claim it's more powerful? Well not just because I developed it but for thses reasons:

1. We list thousends of items sorted by carb-count and other nutritional info. This way you can see which food items have the highest carbs, the lowest fiber, the higher protein etc. in one list and then,

2. When you click on each item, you get the full break down if the nutrional information (more than twice the details of mastercook) including amino acids, vitamins, minerals, etc.

Here's a link to a website I used to use to find out Fat grams at Fast Food Restaurants. I still use it, only for other purposes now!

Food Finder
