Default journals - how to

Can someone tell me how I operate the journal so that I can keep a check on what I am eating each day. Are these journals private?

Hi...
You just go to the journal section and pick the proper alpha choice (using your id). Then just post a new thread. Note the subject line will become your title so think before you submit. Then you just reply to that thread to keep your journal going.

There will be a journal icon attached to your signatures after one day so we can all find you.

And no this isn't private.

I have found keeping a journal a way to meet others and be accountable. It really helps me daily.

All the best to you.
