Chicken or Turkey Parmesan
Chicken or Turkey Parmesan
Chicken Breast or Ground Turkey
For Chicken – (Cut Breast in half long ways, so it's thinner.)
For Ground Turkey - Form in to large patty ½ thick
Coat with (mix in bowl first)
1/2 C Almond Meal
1tsp Garlic powder
2 T Graded Parmesan
1 t Mc Cormick’s Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning (or like seasoning)
Some pepper
Fry in ¼ to 1/2 c oil in large skillet
Med heat for 20-40 min till brown
Cover in some Pasta Sauce (LC) and lots of grated cheese (I use mix of pepper jack and chedder)
Put in broiler till cheeses bakes a bit. (Or microwave for 30-60 sec. is cheating but ok if you are in a hurry)
