I was very irritable the first two-three weeks too and it subsided. Likewise, I was more anxious (I have panic disorder) than usual. That passed too

I have found that since starting this WOE I have had much more stable moods. Not nearly so inclined to be short tempered or irritable. I believe it's because I have much more stable blood sugar. Part of this is because of this WOE...no sugar spikes. It's also because I'm eating smaller meals throughout the day. I always eat breakfast and about four more evenly spaced meals. Are you spreading your calorie intake evenly over the day? Is your calorie count high enough? I've been eating about 1700 - 2000 cal per day.
Hope this is some help!
