Default I'm a believer

Hey! I haven't posted in a while but I just want to tell everyone that I am now totally Sold on this WOL. I originally started over Christmas break and kept track in the beginning meticulously of calories fat and protein.
Then I went on a trip to the Bahamas and while I pretty much stayed on the diet I thought I probably consumed a few too many lite beers and sauces on meats to do any good!! Also, they don't exactly have gyms in the remote area I went to so I didn't lift for the whole time.
But to my surprise, when I came back and made it to the gym I was surprised to see skinnier thighs and face in the mirror! And my muscles are starting to show!! As soon as I walked in someone said I looked smaller too! I can't believe it, and it really is easy now.
Anyways, I know I'm rambling, but I just wanted to say i don't feel like Im on a diet and I still eat a lot! And it still works!!
Adious!

Keep up the good work!
I can relate to the fact that it doesn't feel like you're on a diet. It's the first time in my life I am able to stick with a program, it's motivating.

Wow, good for you! Isn't it nice when you see muscles showing? And just think! You won't be able to use your present name much longer! Let us know who you are when you change it to SkinnyBabe or whatever you change it to!
