Hmmm...that could be a problem.

Well, the veggies, fruits, meats, etc. should be the same. As for everything else, read your labels.

All I can say is !

Hi!

I live in Germany and have zero LC products and zero Atkins products. I'm doing fine. Good for you to do the reading first!
I'll say - just go ahead, you can do this in your country.
Good luck!

What Alina said!

I live in Israel; and we have plenty of people here from England, Ireland, Canada, Oz, NZ, and other places...

If you read the book, you know that you don't require any pre-prepared food. Eat meat and fish, with lots of fresh veggies. That's all it takes. Drink lots of water. Exercise.

Voila.

You have a new, healthy lifestyle, and the weight will come off.

After Induction, you can add nuts, seeds, wine, fruit, and more.

And, to help you along, use www.fitday.com to track what you eat. Anyhow, I'm sure the food in New Zealand is labeled as to nutritional content? So follow what it says on the package.

Default This is my suggestion 2 cents

I would purchase the little Atkins carb counter book. The reason I suggest that, is there are some veggies that are not permitted. The book has a lot of carb info on many items even those not allowed. From my experience, sticking to serving sizes are significant. In your country, is there a nutrient content on the back of packages? Learn to read those as best as you can. Understanding how the diet works, and how it will work for you is the most important thing. Keep good records or a journal of your progress.

Hi DJ,

We do just fine without the LC foods that the Yanks have access to, there a corner of this forum for Aussie/Kiwi's so check that area out, but most of us do without the Dr A brand foods, it costs a mint to buy them down here (after you spend months hunting them down) so its not really worth it .....

I'm on day 4 of induction. I used some prepackaged foods last time I tried this and ditched after day 3. I haven't used any of those item (or others) this time and am doing great. This seems to be the best way to get rid of those nasty craving. Oh, I did have a splenda sweetened RC yesterday, but that was it - no more around.

Good luck. I feel great, it gets easier each day!
