Metamucil when on atkins?

I was wondering is it ok to add metamucil to your diet when in induction?

It's okay as long as you make sure that it's sugar free. In fact, Atkin's recommends having a fiber supplement to take care of certain, umm, problems, that may arise. I usually just drink plain psyllium husks mixed with water.
