Angry fell off big time

I'm so mad at myself!!! I cheated the entire weekend. Just completely gave in. I guess I got discouraged when the scale wouldn't budge. I just got back on track today. Yesterday I was sooooo sick from overeating carbs all weekend long. I'm gonna do strict induction. I have to lose this weight. I guess I just have to stay focused.

OK, back to Keeping it Simple. Basic protein, fat and veggies. Record your water and everything you eat. Stay focused. REMEMBER how you feel right now. It'll help next time temptation strikes.

Others will have more wisdom...

It happens, don't beat yourself up so much. Maybe a super strict induction isn't what you need. I'm not saying cheat or anything, but just get through induction and then you will have a larger variety of foods and not experience such a strong urge to eat high carb foods. Eventually the cravings do get weaker. Just try to have meals planned ahead and plenty of low carb snacks on hand so you aren't as tempted to grab anything else. You are much more likely to cheat if you don't have something to munch between meals, esp if you have high carb stuff sitting around.

Now you'll never know if that scale would have budged the next morning after your carb binge.

This is what I tell myself when I fall off the wagon. Just think, WHAT IF tomorrow is the day I'm down 2 pounds, but now I'll never know.

Hang in there, you can do it.
