Talking Day 3 On Induction

THOUGHT I WOULD WEIGH MYSELF TODAY OUT OF CURIOSITY AFTER DAY 3 AND TO MY AMAZMENT I WAS DOWN 6 POUNDS. TALK ABOUT EXCITING. I COULDN'T WAIT TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS. THIS IS A DEFFINATE MOTIVATOR TO CONTINUE. MY NEIGHBOR (USER NAME WHYSPERS) IS A GREAT SUPPORTER OF MINE AND A GREAT ROLE MODEL.THANKS TO HER FOR GETTING ME STARTED AND FOR BEING THERE WHEN TIMES GET ROUGH.SHE'S MY ANGEL.

Congratulations! This diet is by far the best diet out there bar none. I just hit 20 lbs yesterday.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR SIX POUND LOSS SO FAR.
LAST WEEK I HIT THE 24 POUND LOSS AND STILL GOING I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS WOE AND AFTER BEING ON IT FOR 41 DAYS MY FAMILY CAN EAT MCDONALDS.POP.CHIPS ALL THAT AND IT ISNT PHASING ME AT ALL, ALL MY CRAVINGS HAVE GONE

Awwww...thanks Sometimes I don't know if I'm being supportive or merely militant about it...lol. At least you know you can always find a low carb snack at my house...lol.
