Default Is it just me....

Does it seem like Induction gets harder to follow through each time you have to start all over? I'm on attempt 3 now. But I'm gonna make it!!!!! I did the first attempt w/ no problems...then i went haywire w/ carbs. Attempt 2, went haywire w/ peanut butter and sugar free stuff. But this time I have a friend who is starting over too and we made out a walking routine for every morning. and i'm getting my butt back to the gym!

It's all mind games, I love cheesecake and it's not even that fullfilling. Learn to focus your mind on goals and you will be fine.

a little trick us bodybuilders do is to find a picture before you started this new WOE and post it on the fridge. It will motivate you to never go that route again!

that sounds like a good idea. I did the picture thing a couple of years ago, but I taped it next to my bed...i dont know why i put it there...the fridge makes more sense..lol...
