Default Anyone know if nestea is ok?

I've been doing fine on the bacon and booze but the fruit juices I'm used to buying all have a ton of carbs.

I've read, on this site, that powdered tea is cool but what brand has the 'right stuff' - anyone?

Thanks! rev

What does the label say? Maybe, as an alternative, a home-brewed herb tea might work? Ideally caffeine-free and without any artifical sweeteners.

Your menu description "bacon and booze" is that just an abbreviation of what you're taking in or is that really all you eat/drink?

Low carbin is much more than bacon. So if nothing else, at least put a celergy stick and an olive in that boze of yours, to stir, for decoration, AND for your nutritional benefit.... (that's a joke, I think?!?)

I bought some unsweetened Nestea or Lipton powder the other day (I forget which brand, I was more interested in the indredients). It's for when I'm sick of plain ol water and I feel lazy. It says for ingredients: tea. no sugars or anything else. I think home made sun tea is much better than the powdered stuff.

Thelma:

It seems that way but not quite. Steak, cheese, bacon, sausage, fish (fish seems like a vegetable now!) eggs, vodka - everything I like, it's really cool! But I take your point about the olive!

DarkLotus:

Thanks! that stuff should be available everywhere and if I don't like it I can always put some vodka in it. This is great - even if it doesn't work!
