I checked ebay and they have so many different kinds. How do I know which one is best? About how much are they?
We dont have a target.

I just bought my first tape and I am trying it out tonight. I will let you know. I got Pilates beginning mat workout made by Gaiam with ana caban. I got it at Acadamy. I have never done pilates so we shall see how it is!
