Exclamation found a yogurt!

Hey there,

I know that some of you have had some trouble finding these "sugar free" yogurts, I know I have, especially with the grocery store strike out here. BUT I found something! It's called Dannon Light 'n' Fit Carb Control. 3 g. of carbs and it comes in convenient little 4 oz sizes, just like the book says for snacks! Just thought I'd pass it along to you all.

Cheers!

Mrs. Fitzy

I tried this yogurt tonight and I was impressed. I got the rasp., peach and vanilla-Super Walmart didn't have the strawberry or else it was sold out. I like the raspberry. It did contain the seeds, but it had a neat texture-almost like a sour cream. I enjoyed every last drop. I think it would be interesting to see if you could sorta soft freeze it- just a short period of time in freezer. I think I would like to use it instead of the lo carb ice cream. Maybe the idea of yogurt being more healthly than ice cream?? who knows? I will definitely buy it again. About 2 weeks ago I went on the Dannon website inquiring about the when it would be available in our area. They were great. They wanted me to call them and I did and they sent me several coupons for it. A nice surprise.
