Default Where's my WHOOOOOSH!!!!

One month today on Atkins, lost 5 lbs the first week and 1 lb the second and THATS IT!!!!!!

I think my stall must be from dairy. I am sure I go over the 2-3 oz per day. Other than that I am good, though I do eat a lot more bacon and salty meats these days.

Feeling discouraged, but not giving up.

I had a 3 1/2 week stall after induction and then started losing 2 pounds a week. I did cut out most cheese .

Maybe upping your water intake to combat the evil sodium retention gods will help. That is, if you're not drinking buckets already.

Don't fret about it too much-- a lot of people tend to "rest" after the first two weeks (induction). I sure as heck know I had a 2 wk. "pause" after induction. Your body has been through quite a bit and is just probably catching up.

Hang in there!

Thumbs up patience

It WILL happen! How are your clothes fitting? Do you exercise?? If you stick with it-by the book, as we always say-it will happen.

We're all way too dependent on the scale. Relax! Enjoy the weight already lost, and congratulate yourself on maintaining a healthy way of life-
