Hey Crystal...

On my free day I usually have the thing that I've been craving during the week. It might be a big juicy burger and fries.... sometimes it's been as simple as a few Oreo's, potato chips or a Blizzard from DQ.

I try not to go all out... but it usually catches up to me. Since I try to avoid drinking beer and alcohol during the week my free day is usually the day I get to go out with friends and have a few drinks.

I've found that I'm indulging less and less on my free days - they have become, as you said, more a free meal. But it allows me to indulge a craving that I might have had.

Let me know how that Spicy Chicken Sandwich is... YUM!

Kiks

I'm researching the BFL lifestyle and exercise plan. I must say that free day sounds wonderful. I know that I would indulge in something like tacos, tostados, red chili burrito....something spicy for sure.

So Pammie, are you still doing Atkins now or are you doing the BFL eating?
I was doing the CAD, but I am thinking about eating a lower Carb version of BFL. Let me know if you are still losing.
