Question Dumb question

I feel like I'm probably the only one who doesn't get this, but on the left margin of posted messages there is a symbol that looks like a little guy lifting some green lines, and a percentage. For example, mine says 13%. What exactly does the percentage represent? Thought perhaps it was percentage of goal reached but some of them just don't seem to add up to that.

That was my assumption - % of goal reached. I'm mathematically challenged so I never bothered to see if it added up.

not a dumb question cause I was wondering too! I thought it might have something to do with body fat loss but when I entered my body fat and my loss of 4lbs it said something like 7 percent, so I too am a confused bunny!!

I just did a test and made my weight the goal weight but left my body fat. It read 100%, so I can say for sure it is weight.
