Normal weight loss during the entire induction period is considered to be 10% of your extra weight, so you're right on the curve, and it almost always comes in fits and starts like that, too. The switch to LC produces a big initial drop in water weight, as your body uses up its glycogen reserves before switching into fat-burning mode; glycogen is stored in the liver, along with a LOT of water, so when you use up the glycogen you immediately dump 3-4 pounds of water. Actual fat-burning doesn't kick in until you've been at it for several days, and it happens more slowly, though how slowly depends on how much excess weight you have. Don't worry about tweaking diet/exercise until you've been at the same weight for 4-6 weeks -- chances are the loss will pick up again in a week or two.
