Default Yay me

I'm trying to modify my program so that I finally start losing some weight. I'm making a point to exercise every day, forsaking all dairy products and atkins bars, and super-hydrating. I didn't think I would be able to do it, but I actually drank a gallon of water today! I guess it is possible to be as hydrated as I should. Now it just remains to be seen whether I can do it on school days.

Default Woo-hoo!

I personally think the whoosh fairy is some sort of water nymph, as she tends to favor the waterlogged... (well-hydrated )

So good work and good luck!

It may be hard to explain all those potty breaks to your teachers. I hope your classes are close enough together so that you can go between classes. Hit the potty, then hit the water fountain!

Default Numb toes

I drank six glasses of ice cold water this morning, and I was so cold that my toes were numb (and it's warm here-I live in California). This is what I have noticed about superhydration: you're freezing and you always have to pee, but apparently I'm being healthy.

Thank you all for your encouragement. Anytime you want to read up on my exploits, you can check out my journal.
