My first exercise log. not a diet log or "feeling" journal, just exercise.
So far this week, I walked 3 times 45 min each which is about 2 miles. along with the 2 dogs
I got the website of couch to 5K. I'm going to find a 5K around Christmas to run. to help w/training.
going to start tomorrow. Here's my purposed schedule:
Mon, Thurs, Sat: train for 5K
Tues, Wed, Fri: walk w/dogs
Sun: day off
After I complete my 5K, then next year I want to start strength training. I think that's too much right now, so I'm putting that off until I get into some kind of cardio shape. I know how important strength training is, but Rome wasn't built in a day.
so here I go, with this journal to keep my honest and focused !!
