Default can you say inDIEgestion?

oh man my tummy hurts, and I'm afraid to take anything like tums, rolaids, mylanta anything I have has sugar.

Any ideas? I get it alot, and it's worse with this with the higher fat content. I had my gall bladder out about 8 years ago is this the reason? I don't care the reason- I just want R-E-L-I-E-F and am not going to get it with R-O-L-A-I-D-S not matter what the commerical says!!!!!

They make sugarfree Tums. Really, though, after the first few days, I no longer had heartburn... or is it lower? Sometimes people can get pretty constipated at first, and that can be painful too.

How's your fiber intake?

That first week I did take a few mylanta. I never even thought to read the label, and was surprised when I saw it had sugar in it. I lost 7 lbs. that first week, so obviously it didn't hurt. I hope you find some relief. That pain hurts!!!

Stir a teaspoon of baking soda into a glass of water and drink it. A few minutes later you will come out with a most unlady-like burp, but you will feel much better.

lol Azuremoon. I just went to bed and slept through it. It's good this morning.

I think my fiber intake is pretty good. I'm not sure how high it's supposed to be tho, I'm hitting around 10/day?

I'v got two words for 'ya....digestive enzymes. I posted yesterday about these things. They are truely a miracle. I was suffering with the pain in my upper gut as the food felt like it was just sitting there and heartburn to go with it. I started taking the enzymes to help with the digestion and the relief is awesome. I just take two before I eat and one after and I've been fine ever since. If I feel it's coming back I take another and it goes away. Truely a miracle in my world!!
