Hello.

I believe this is perfectly normal. all that water JUST cannot stay put....
You are right, if you wish to avoid waking up at night, do not drink before you go to bed...

I never used to get up in the night but with all the drinking now, I have to ...........

You decide I guess.

But remember, all that water is your body doing it sanitizing, internal cleansing.

I am finding the samething. But I guess it is a small price to pay in the war on carbs. I used to sleep like a rock but now I have to get up around 1:30 and then again at 6:00am. But I can't give up my water at night so. Scrampling down the stairs in the pitch black I will go 2 times a night. Happy low carbing smuffy

Talking Up and a peeing

Oh yeah, I too have to get up, sometimes only 20 mins after I've gone to bed!
Then useally around 3am, after putting it off and hopeing it will go away on it's own, and of course it won't ! Up I get, thankfully for an onsuite, get rid of it, then return to bed only to down the glass sitting on the night table. Glutten for punishment, then Up again by 6:30, just so I can make it back to bed just before the Alarm goes off !

Oh well, as long as there is "lost for the pain!"

Cheers Kathy54
