My menu was way over on calories and a bit low on fiber. It was great on carbs and a bit high on protein. Definitely too much salt though - I'm retaining water - my rings won't budge and my weight is up 3.5 lbs! Perhaps this will help reduce both my sodium content and extra water
Started watching my calorie per pound intake several weeks ago to try to drop 5 lbs or so by about March 15 - began at 177lbs. Weight today is at 175. Calories per pound 2314 / 175 = 13.22 (aiming for around 8 to 9.5).
