You are on the right track here. These forums have LOTS to offer! Lots of support, menus, and laughs to get you through.

First few days of Lc'ing are hard (my opinion) then after that...it is a breeze!!
I have only gone off once, then right back on after about a week. I was feeling aweful!! Carbs are NOT my friend.

Anyways, just wanted to welcome you, and invite you to stop by and check out my journal, cause I will keep track of yours!!!
