Default Whipped Cream Cheese

Hello, fellow low-carbers,
I just found this at the grocery store and thought I'd let you know.I don't know if it's a new product or just new to my area, but it is yummy, and I know it will become a staple around here.
Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese.
In 2 TBS, there are less than 1 carb, and less than 1 sugar! It just doesn't get any better than that!
This morning I melted about 1 T of the cream cheese into the butter for my scrambled eggs. The chives added a delightful flavor to the eggs, and they had a rich creamy texture too.
Yummy!

Lesle

I like the whipped because it is more spreadable. It is basicaly full fat cream cheese, but they have whipped air in. This means 1 TBsp of whipped has more air and not as much cream cheese as a tbsp of regular.

I also learned for adding cream cheese to an omlette to really soften it or partialy melt it. Let's just say that was a messy lesson :\
