Question Water weight? 3lb overnight?

Ello everyone....

For some reason, my weight jumped 3lbs from yesterday morning! I know wierd things like this are common, and most surely attributed to water retention. However, this is the first time it's happened to me and I did just start adding some new things into my diet:

* avacado
* strawberries
* asparagus

I didn't have strawberries yesterday, but I did have avocado and asparagus. Are they considered overly salty and prone to cause water gain?

I didn't eat anything else out of the ordinary... just wondering what's up!

Also I haven't worked out for 2 days due to overworking my calf muscles on Sunday and being barely able to walk until today.

Impossible for it to be anything but water. Could be hormonal, seeing as you haven't had much sodium. Don't worry your pretty little head about it!

I am a water rention machine....I can flux 4-4.5 pds in a day. I feel the bloat!! In order to gain that in bad weight you would have to eat a house! No worries it will pass.

Are you getting ready to start your TOM? My weight always goes up 3 pounds right before.

Better NOT be since I just got off of a 2.5 week deluge of a sudden TOM!
