Default sick of reinducting allover again..suggestions pls...

i hate to admit this but my cycle would always be doin induction for a week then after that i get this stupid cravings ,binge and after a week or less,id decide to lowcarb again hopin this would be the "it" thing for the rest of my life ...am i rly destroyin imy chances of losin with this big time??
i want to lose it forever and am sooo sick of my weight goin up and down...i need encouragement and suggestions..my typical foods are tuna mayo,tuna./chicken in olive oil with veggies,hard boiled eggs.........any other suggestions?(im tryin not to eat bacons,hams ..and cured meats wich have high sodium contents so as not to retain water ..........plsss....i dont want to be this miserable forever

Default Get Thee A Cookbook!

Find yourself a low carb cookbook.
I'd be bored out of my mind eating what you listed.
You need to eat foods that THRILL you and will keep you WANTING to eat like this forever!

Here are 2 I just picked up and like very much:
Easy Living Low Carb Cooking
and
Everyday Low Carb Cooking

Of course, there are TONS others out there...but these are the 2 I have now.

Boy...when I did this 4 years ago, there was hardly ANYTHING out there. NOW there's LOTS! Tides are turning!
