Bored W/bfl!!!
I am just beginning WK7 but am bored already!! I want to focus more on each individual muscle. I don't like doing my entire upper/lower body in one day. I would prefer to spend each session working one or 2 individual muscles. I feel like I'm cheating myself by not building all parts of the muscles evenly.
I like Nat's plan but have my own that is very similar but more in tune with what I want. I have been brainstorming and really like the idea of 2 or 3 day splits with super sets. I would love to spend an entire day on shoulders. They are the muscles I want the most cut. I want to have those Angela Bassett arms. She's buff. I just feel like I am going to get bored and quit if I don't change something. I love the 20MAS and the idea of HIIT. I also love ab bootcamp and working out 6 days a week. I just want more of a focus. Am I a quitter if I change my plan before the 12wks ???
