THE POINT:to weigh less on Monday (12/2) than I weigh when I started the challenge-Saturday (11/23)

Scoring: score 1 point for each of the following
Followed my plan
Drank 2Liters of water
!5 min of activity

Motivation: each day think of a reason to stick with my plan

It will be fun at the end of the challenge to compare your score with your final weight and prove to yourself that when you follow the plan it works.

Don't backpedal this week keep moving forward toward your goal.

Points = only just started
Motivation = I'm doing this for me just to know that I can rise to the challenge and succeed.

good luck Tigra, for us the holiday weight gain season is between now and New Years. When does it start in your country?

My motivation for today is to be wearing lose jeans on Monday.
