Low Carb Takeout

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to let you all know what I found today... Gourmet, LOW CARB TAKEOUT!!! Who knew! I went to this amazing store called "Low Carb Gallery" on 51st Avenue in Edmonton. It had a plethora of products. Well They also had take out. I got the faux potato salad...completely made of veggies (4 net carbs). Then I also had to get the Baked Portabello Cap (5 net carbs). Needless to say... They were both ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS, and I don't give credit if its not due. I can't wait to see whats on the menu next week. They change the menu each week. Hope this helps make sticking to low carb easier.
