Default I am so thrilled with Subway!

I knew it was only a matter of time! Over the weekend I started seeing these commercials for Subway's new low-carb wraps, so I ran out at lunch today to pick one up. Yum, yum, yum! I highly recommend the turkey bacon melt, which has 11 net carbs. I counted it as 10 since I left off the onion. It's large enough to fill me up and really delicious. Who knew I'd love black olives on a sandwich so much?

The even better news is that now you can turn ANY of their subs into a low-carb wrap. After all those years of avoiding my very favorite, the BMT, because of the high fat content, now I can feel free to enjoy it on a low-carb tortilla!

Way to go Subway. I am impressed, and very happy that I can resume my Subway-twice-a-week habit.

can't wait to try it - but I am back to strict induction for two weeks, if it's not an egg, green leafy veggie, meat or cheese it's not going past my lips.
