I had my husband move the treadmill into the house from the garage and I started my new morning routine yesturday.
I stay motivated to stay on the treadmill for at least 3 miles, 600 cals burned takes me 55 minutes by watching my fav shows online with my laptop. ( treadmill is in dining room , not being used as a dining room and no cable lol)
So, I'm on day 2 of 3 miles total of 6 miles
I think I need to set a goal , maybe yearly, monthly or weekly miles to set. That i'll think about
