cravings
last night I craved something sweet. This is really the first time in the last four weeks that it was this bad. I wonder if it is because I had a couple of glasses of white wine? I ate some cashews, about 10 of them. I don't know exactly how bad that was but it seemed to work. I also find that after a glass or two of wine I am hungrier than usual. I seem to be stalled in weight loss now. I also went back to drinking coffee with caffeine in the mornings. How bad have I been?
