Default Does EVERYONE lose on induction?

I restarted on Monday, because I cheated last week.

The problem is that I don't see any difference on the scale and so I quit. Now it's happening again. End of day four, I haven't lost a single ounce.

Will it whoosh one day or something?

I peeked at your journal to see what you were eating but there's only one post. If this is a normal day for you, I would first axe all the fake foods and eat naturally. Eat real food. PP doesn't have an induction period. You stay at 30 grams until you are near your goal weight.
Quote:
Protein shake made with protien powder and crystal light
Protien Shake
3/4 cup plain yogurt
Sugar free jello
1 large Cheese smokie

Some people can go the fake route, and some can't. I'm one of those people and you are probably one too. If it's not the food, it could be any prescription medications you are on.

2 Flax seed muffins with Cranberries in them (1.5 g carb each!!) with butter on them.

I feel confident in saying that there is a slim to no possibility that flax muffins with cranberries are 1.5 grams each unless they are miniscule.

Go back to basics and do a clean start with no "fakies". It's tough, but entirely worth it. I've just spent a month detoxing from all the LC crap I was eating and have been amazed at how good I feel and that I can live without it. It was hard at first, but entirely worth it.

I agree with Karen. Go back to the basics. I dont eat none of that LC junk food and induction mostly works pretty good for me. The 1st 2 weeks is the greatest for me...the weight just pours off. Wish you well....

Yes, eat real food and stay with it for 2 weeks regardless if you lose weight or not. This is a very revealing period as communicates the efficiency of your metabolism. It may even reveal thyroid peoblems or menopause. You have to do it correctly and for the required two weeks before you can tell how this diet will work for you. Then, you have to do this WOE according to your own needs. If you have problems look at what needs to be altered and this WOE will work for you.

Black57,

I couldn't help noticing that you live in Tustin. I live in Irvine. I saw a post of yours today that mentioned a health food store that stocks many Atkins products. Could you tell me which one it is?

Thanks in advance.
