Flaxseed Oil???

I Heard That Flaxseed Oil Can Be Harmful 2 The Thyroid? is This True?........Or Is It Vise Versa? Im Taking 4 Tblsp A Day With My Protein Shake?? ANd I Need 2 Know, I Dont Want 2 Take It thinking its good and its actually harmful?

I have been taking 2 tbs of flax oil daily now for several months plus 2 tbs of ground flax meal several times a week and have not seen any change good or bad as far as thyroid function. I have been battling low temps and metabolism for about a month now with little success.

Yesterday I tried a tbs of coconut oil and my temp shot up to 98.4 and stayed there till bedtime. I took another tbs this morning and my temp came up to 98.4 within 15 minutes and has stayed above 98 all day. I sure seems to have fired up my metabolism.
