Question A Creatine question

Is it ok to use Creatine before going to the gym. It is my understanding that you have to take it with a lot of sugar is that true? Or can I take it with a cup of splenda? My friend just dropped some off to me but I do not know if I should go a head and use it. Any other alternatives?

Follow the directions on the package. I can't stand the powder forumula, so I take a capsule version called Creatine Ethyl Ester. You don't have to load like you do with conventional creatine.

Here is the actual brand I use. Don't buy it in stores, find it somewhere online (it's 25% less or more!)

I've never taken it with sugar. Be warned that it will cause (most people) to retain water. Your muscles will grow using it as long as your also taking in enough protein. I'm off it right now while I focus on weight loss, but plan on taking it again when I get down to 200#. It had a very noticable effect on my ability to lift more weight.
