Hi out there fellow lc. Question for any New Zealanders (mainlanders). Any hints on lc foods available here to make my journey a little easier. Have tried weight watchers and maintained for 3 years, but slowly slipped back to my love of carbs. Any hints etc would be much appreciated. Thanks in ad
