hello all

I am very new to this and I am here to gather some info to see if this is something worth trying.. I am at 225 pounds 6 feet tall and I am trying to shed down to about 190

Welcome. You will love this. I started by reading Dr. Atkins book and was so psyched. Now, (minus) 35 lbs., I'm still psyched. Stick with it and you'll be seeing 190 in no time.
