hi Terrie,

Enter the Splenda as a Custom Food.

One packet of Splenda has 4 calories, 1g carb, 0g protein, 0g fat .. and has the sweetness equivalent to 2 teaspoons of sugar.

The bulk Splenda in the pour-spout box : 1 teaspoon has 2 calories, 0.5g carb, 0g protein and 0g fat
